When purchasing a lot in Millie Meadow Estates there will be a $5,000 earnest money payment due that will be non-refundable at the time of a final executed contract along with a request for a 60 day close. Due to the large amount of interest in this project, Millie Meadow Estate developers want to ensure that clientele are committed to performing on their purchase as to not tie up lots for multiple months with no intention closing.
