Will reservations be accepted or considered?

Sorry, no reservations will be taken on lots in MME.  When purchasing a lot in Millie Meadow Estates there will be a $5,000 earnest money payment due that will be non-refundable at the time of a final executed contract along with a request for a 60 day close. Due to the large amount of interest in this project, Millie Meadow Estate developers want to ensure that clientele are committed to performing on their purchase as to not tie up lots for multiple months with no intention closing.

Are outbuildings allowed?

Yes, outbuildings will be allowed via approval from the Architectural Review Committee.

Does the area accommodate natural gas or propane?

Minnesota Energy Resources is scheduled to install their main gas line in 2020 which would provide service to the subdivision.  Gas lines are run within the right of way so any houses constructed prior to having live gas should accommodate for the conversion from propane to natural gas.  We do not have a hard date but we understand the subdivision natural gas would be live for heating the winter of 2019/2020. Check back regularly for updates to this utility service.


Is this neighborhood on city water and sewer?

This area has shared wells and home owners will install private septic systems on each of their own lots, sized their home needs.


Where is Millie Meadow Estates located?

Directions going south from the US Hwy 52 and US Hwy 63 interchange in Rochester, MN.  Take 40th street exit, the turn right onto 40th St SW/Cty Rd 117 SW for 3.8 miles.  Take a left turn onto Mille Meadow Dr SW.
